Jessica Biel wanted for Total Recall
At this time, it is unclear which of the two roles she will take. In the original, Sharon Stone played Lori, the dutiful wife (and spy) of Douglas Quaid (played here by Colin Farrell). The other female character was named Melina, as played by Rachel Ticotin, who helped Quaid join the Resistance in the fight for the production of air on Mars.
Last month, it was believed that Kate Bosworth and Diane Kruger were in the lead for these two roles. Those actresses are still being considered for the other female lead.
Total Recall comes to theaters August 3rd, 2012 and stars Kate Beckinsale, Bryan Cranston, Jessica Biel, Colin Farrell, Bill Nighy, Ethan Hawke, John Cho, Steve Byers. The film is directed by Len Wiseman.

@dan1 did you ever see the indie film Wicker Park? The finalk scene in that movie where they finlly meet up again? Its an absolutly fantastic scene, not to mention her role in inglorious bastards,,,,meanwhile Stone is making garbage films. This is just my opinion.

@dan1 I love that idea, Kruger altho bueatiful has a certain iciness about her that would be great for that part. I have to say that Sharon Stone was pretty awesome as the "dutiful wife" but Kruger is a better actress.

If they can stay a little more faithful to Phillip K Dick's story then i am all for this. If they are going to remake the Arnold movie then...whats the point.
