I remember long ago when I saw this in Live theater, I totally liked it and I refuse to watch any of the films. They need to do a futurist film about it which would open our eye's.

i love this musical but it has been done a million times, none of which have really gotten much notice from people outside the world of musicals. they need to find a way to bring this to life for mainstream audiences. i'm not sure what that will take, but just reshooting the musical as is has already been done (both with and without singing).
bring this to life... maybe update it (like Baz's Romeo and Juliet, or giving it some flair like Moulin Rouge). do something to bring this to life!!!
