Tim Robbins and Martin Landau Want to Live in the City of Ember

Walden Media and Playtone's City of Ember loaded up on casts members this afternoon. According to Variety, Tim Robbins, Martin Landau, Marianne Jean-Baptiste and newcomer Harry Treadaway have all joined the drama.

Gil Kenan is directing this story, which revolves around a very dark, almost dead place where the only light source comes from a group of streetlamps. As the power dwindles, two teenage boys search to solve the mystery of the ominous city.

Bill Murray, Toby Jones and Saoirse Ronan are also set to star in the film. City of Ember will go before the camera by the end of the year.
