Tim Blake Nelson joins Flypaper
We previously reported that Patrick Dempsey was set to star in the film, but the trade's article only mentions that Dempsey will be a producer on the project, although it's possible he could be starring as well. Nelson's character, Peanut Butter, is part of a half-witted team who tries to break into an ATM with an excessive amount of C4 for the job.
Rob Minkoff will be directing the film from a script by The Hangover screenwriters Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. It wasn't clear when filming was scheduled to start, but the story indicated that the producers intend to film in Baton Rougue, LA.
Flypaper was released in 2011 and stars Patrick Dempsey, Jessica Biel, Tim Blake Nelson, Ashley Judd, Mekhi Phifer, Matt Ryan, Greg Germann, Octavia Spencer. The film is directed by Rob Minkoff.
