This news comes from WB's private Exhibitor site, which confirms in their Placements section that this third trailer is arriving in theaters on May 4. It is not known when the trailer will hit the internet, but it promises to contain all-new footage. If you didn't have a reason to see Marvel's The Avengers in a theater before, you do know. May the 4th be with you!
Marvel's The Avengers was released May 4th, 2012 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg. The film is directed by Joss Whedon.
The Dark Knight Rises was released July 20th, 2012 and stars Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

Wow what a dream come true May 4 is going to be for me. Also this year the Superman Trailer maybe with some of the Dark Night prints. I wonder when that teaser/Trailer is going to appear ?

@ghostman I sent them an idea, set a while after Roswell, that would have in general set MIB in the 60s and it was up to the MIB to save the world and an alien that could threaten the universe and destroy it as we know it. :)

I will only be seeing, MIB 3, for one reason and one reason only, to see if they used any aspects of the the story that I handed in to them.
It seems they have used a bit but not as spectacular as it could have been

My guess is that he is the son of one of the crime families and instead of doing the family business, he sort out to do good and maybe, Eric Roberts character is his dad and he has a grudge against Batman due to the events of TDK

The Avengers (with TDKR trailer) in may, Prometheus in June, and TDKR is July. This summer is going to be way too awesome.
We also have the Hobbit out in December, meaning the fun has been doubled.
