The X-Files Shooting December 10th?

Following up on our exclusive story from a few weeks back, where actor David Duchovny told us that The X-Files 2 was indeed shooting in December, new rumors have sprung up online claiming that 20th Century is finally ready to start production on the sequel. Actress Gillian Anderson is also expected to be back on board to play Special Agent Dana Scully.

Rumors claim that shooting is scheduled to begin on December 10th in Vancouver under the direction of series creator Chris Carter. Carter and Frank Spotnitz have writte the script.

The X-Files: I Want to Believe was released July 25th, 2008 and stars David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, Amanda Peet, Billy Connolly, Xzibit, Mitch Pileggi, Callum Keith Rennie, Adam Godley. The film is directed by Chris Carter.

    oh, is that why it moved? I was kind of excited that it started filming in LA- its closer.... well... not really from where I'm from its about the same distance. I just realized that. But either way, I can't wait to see the movie next year.
