Go back to the summer of 1994 on DVD and Blu-ray this coming January. The Wackness will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on January 6, 2009. We have no cover art as of yet, but the standard DVD will be priced at $28.96 SRP while the Blu-ray version doesn't have a price locked in yet. The film stars Josh Peck, Ben Kingsley, Famke Janssen and Method Man.




New York, summer 1994, the greatest year in hip-hop, a troubled teenage drug dealer trades pot for therapy sessions with a drug-addled psychiatrist intent on living his life to the fullest. The two form an unlikely friendship, but things get complicated when the kid falls for the doctor's daughter.
