Yes, There is action in this film. Although the book has been split into two parts with most of the major fight scenes in part 2, the screen writer found a way to put more into part 1 by way of flash forwards by Alice and Jake. There are 2 endings, One where every things happy and glorious (Part 2) and second where everyone dies, including Bella, Edward, the Volturi and a majority of the Cullens (Part 1). @SomethingMore please remember these are Behind the scenes pictures not ones from the movie and nor have they been released officially from the movie. There are hundreds of pictures floating around if you look. Have you seen the birth picture..........If your into gore your definitely going to want to see this. Makes me feel abit queezy.

The ending set up as a huge vampire battle between all these clans of vampires and the Volturi. And guess what... NOTHING HAPPENS!! No epic battle, no killing, they just kinda go their separate ways. Epic lameness

@moviewiz001 kinda. the wolf pack kind of splits up between two disagreeing alpha males. One group protects the vamp chick and the other wanna kill her and the kid. Then, vampire clans from all over the world essemble against that royal vampire coven called "Volturi".
