The Rum Diary Are You Outta Your Mind? Clip

FilmDistrict has released two more clips from director Bruce Robinson's upcoming adaptation of the Hunter S. Thompson novel The Rum Diary. Johnny Depp stars as a flailing journalist that decides to take a smalltime newspaper job in Puerto Rico, where things quickly take a turn for the weird. In the video below, Johnny Depp's Paul Kemp asks, "Are you outta your mind?" Before almost driving his car into the ocean. Check it out.




The Rum Diary was released October 28th, 2011 and stars Johnny Depp, Aaron Eckhart, Michael Rispoli, Amber Heard, Richard Jenkins, Giovanni Ribisi, Amaury Nolasco, Marshall Bell. The film is directed by Bruce Robinson.

    @bawnian-dexeus I'm with you on that, i have been waiting for this film for what seems like decades. So happy to see him bck in the Hunter S Thompson role. I loved the fear and loathing books but IMO the Rum Diary was better.
