Bloody Disgusting has news that the New Line supernatural thriller The New Daughterstarring Kevin Costner and Ivana Baquero will feature a terrifying monster. In fact, the film company has put out a casting call for a "creature performer" to act in the film.

Bloody Disgusting says that they are looking for a person that is physically capable of animating this horrifying character. They must be ultra-thin and comfortable wearing full facial make-up and appliances with limited vision. They will also be required to wear a full body suit.

The film will have a late 2008 release date.

The New Daughter was released May 18th, 2010 and stars Kevin Costner, Ivana Baquero, Gattlin Griffith, Samantha Mathis, Noah Taylor, Racheal Dalpiaz, Mark Charles Davis, Edmund Entin. The film is directed by Luis Berdejo.
