Bryan Fuller's The Munsters gets a pilot order from NBC
It is said that Bryan Fuller's script features all the same Munsters characters, such as the grandpa, Dracula, Herman, a Frankenstein-like creation, the vampire Lily, and Eddie, Herman and Lily's son who is starting to transform into a werewolf. The series will also feature Bryan Fuller's signature visual style mixed in with these classic characters.
Universal Television will produce The Munsters alongside Bryan Fuller. It isn't clear when casting will begin, although there is talk NBC may be eyeing The Munsters as a summer series.
