The Lords of Salem Torture Device Photo

Director Rob Zombie updated his blog earlier today with a new torture prop from his upcoming horror tale The Lords of Salem, which will be released sometime in 2012. Take a look at this gruesome chair below, which is lined with spikes and chains and designed by horror effects guru Wayne Toth. Rob Zombie himself also chimes in on this horrifying device with the caption below the photo.

The Lords of Salem comes to theaters September 2012 and stars Lisa Marie, Richard Lynch, Billy Drago, Dee Wallace, Bruce Dern, Torsten Voges, Jeffrey Daniel Phillips, Sheri Moon Zombie. The film is directed by Rob Zombie.

    ha @messenger yeah i know. it just gets old. i kept checking this site to see if anything new was up but this was still the first thing on here.. it was disappointing. i dream of coming to this site and see breaking news stuff on here like finally learning the plot to the dark knight rises.. not some rob zombie film that will probably flop

    I'm kinda excited about this movie, altough I don't like Zombie's Halloween-flicks very much. But the Devil's Rejects was great and I enjoyed the House of the 1000 corpses. Yes. I'm one of those mentally abused people, so bring it Rob! Bring the terror!

    Really? Rob Zombie is violent? Have you never seen Hellraiser, Martyrs etc....way more violent than what Zombie does.

    I liked the first Halloween, the second one I was 50/50 on. The Devil's Rejects was pretty good. But I think this will be his best one yet, it's his own story that won't suffer from chain saw massacre influence as much as H1KC because HOPEFULLY that is out his system.
