The Lady Trailer

"A country. A power. A destiny. The Lady!" Luc Besson directs Michelle Yeoh as Aung San Suu Kyi in the powerful new biopic The Lady. The film recounts how Aung San Suu Kyi led the opposition against the Burmese military junta that arrested her in 1989, and how she spent 15 of the last 21 years under house arrest. Eurocorp has released the first teaser trailer, which you can check out below.




The Lady was released April 11th, 2012 and stars Michelle Yeoh, David Thewlis, Jonathan Raggett, Jonathan Woodhouse, Susan Wooldridge, Benedict Wong, Flint Bangkok, Guy Barwell. The film is directed by Luc Besson.
