The Jay Leno Show Moving Out of Primetime?
It was said that The Jay Leno Show would go on hiatus on February 1, due to NBC's Olympic coverage and after the Olympics, Leno would return to the 11:30 PM timeslot. Apparently NBC execs are trying to decide whether Leno's show would be cut down to a half-hour show, in which case The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien would air in the other half-hour, or if Leno's show would run the full hour, which would likely result in the network dropping O'Brien.
Of course, nothing has been confirmed by the network as of yet. We'll be sure to keep you informed on this late-night scenario as soon as we have more information.

F*ck NBC, Conan should be treated like the star now, he's got the muthaf*ckin TONIGHT SHOW! Leno should be from 11-11:30, and Conan should be 11:30 - 1:00, like how it was when Leno ran it? Why is NBC giving Leno all this star treatment and treating Conan like sh*t?

Leno and Conan should both be taken out and shot and replaced by Letterman and Ferguson.
Those CBS guys are the only ones that are any goddamn good.

What the f*ck? How about taking Jimmy Fallon off the air and letting Leno and Conan stay on. A prime time talk show will fail no matter who hosts it.
The most boneheaded move was making the decision to have Conan take over five years before it was actually supposed to happen. It just turned out that Leno was as popular as ever when his contract ran out, so they needed to come up with a way to keep him around. Seriously. Jimmy Fallon is unwatchably unfunny. He's like an obnoxious, attention-starved ten year old.

that is complete bull if it's true. jay leno has never been funny. he just makes fun of his guests, and i swear he either slips his guitar player a wad of bills under the counter to laugh at his half ass jokes all night, or pumps laughing gas into his dressing room, so that at least SOMEONE is laughing during his lame jokes. conan is the man, and if they drop him for good, i'll have to burn their studio down.

Just read on IMDB that NBC denies this story. Conan is staying!

If they cancel Conan I will never watch NBC again. I always end my day by watching Conan.

Wow, that's effed' up! Conan 'O Brien has been waiting in the wings for years to get the coveted Tonight Show time slot, only to have NBC yank it out from him when Jay's experimental prime time show failed. I know NBC will have to give Conan some kind of sweet, severance package for backing out of the contract, but, Conan is a great guy and doesn't deserve this shakeup b.s.. Will Conan get his own show now on another network or did he sign a no-compete clause? Hmmm...
