Though The Hunger Games is still a few months away from hitting theaters on March 23, the Lionsgate adaptation has lined up an intriguing tie-in ad campaign. Elizabeth Banks' character Effie Trinket is the face of China Glaze's new nail polish line dubbed Capitol Colours, which asks, "What will you be wearing to the opening ceremonies?"
