The Hunger Games: Catching Fire Set Photos with Jennifer Lawrence as the Girl on Fire!

One of the most anticipated moments by fans in The Hunger Games was when Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen emerged as 'The Girl on Fire'. Readers of the book were worried that they couldn't pull this small but crucial moment off, but director Gary Ross accomplished the feat, and made our heroine's entrance into the Games a believable one. Now, director Francis Lawrence is continuing in that same direction, paying close attention to the small details of the now in production sequel The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Two new set photos have arrived offering our first look at Jennifer Lawrence in her new 'Girl on Fire' wardrobe, along with a look at one of President Snow's (Donald Sutherland) white armor clad patrolmen. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire comes to theaters November 22nd, 2013 and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, Woody Harrelson, Philip Seymour Hoffman. The film is directed by Francis Lawrence.

    If they can hold the camera still outside of the action scenes most of my problems with the first movie will be gone. I still liked the first movie though, so I'm pretty excited for this.

    @Aimad-Beddouza No, not at all. It means like something is "catching fire" Things are heating up essentially.

    This book will be the toughest to make a great movie for many reasons. We'll see what happens.
