The Goon Kickstarter Video with David Fincher
We haven't heard much about The Goon lately, the comic book adaptation that director David Fincher has been trying to make for several years. Today, the filmmaker announced he is turning to Kickstarter to help get the project started. They are seeking $400,000 to finance a story reel that they can take to studios, based on Eric Powell's screenplay. The reel will include vocal performances from Clancy Brown as the title character, and Paul Giamatti as his buddy Frankie. Take a look at the Kickstarter pitch video, and
to learn more about the rewards for donating to this project.

The Goon is in development .

I'm pretty sick of hearing about Kickstarter, but this is a project I can get behind! Good luck!

Oh please. The world is dead broke. The only people who seem to have money these days are Hollywood people.
How about you pay for yourself Mr. Fincher.
