Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Trailer



The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is the first film in Columbia Pictures' three-picture adaptation of Stieg Larsson's literary blockbuster The Millennium Trilogy. Directed by David Fincher and starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara, the film is based on the first novel in the trilogy, which altogether have sold 50 million copies in 46 countries and become a worldwide phenomenon. The screenplay is by Steven Zaillian.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was released December 21st, 2011 and stars Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara, Robin Wright, Stellan Skarsgård, Christopher Plummer, Joely Richardson, Yorick van Wageningen, Steven Berkoff. The film is directed by David Fincher.

    Terrible trailer!! Let's assume the viewer doesn't know about the books or orginal films (or atleast are familiar with, but haven't read/seen) THIS TRAILER OFFERS NOTHING ABOUT THE MOVIE. What's it about? Plot? Setting? Cuts were way to quick. All I took from it was. Punk girl, Daniel Craig, gun. Better have some type of story trailer next time cause this "teaser" was a mess

    @angelheart1016 - If you knew what really happened with Alien 3, you would say that that film is a masterpiece......with all things considered that happened on set.

    Just to give you an idea......they filmed it without a finished script the ENTIRE time.....AND Fox was intervening every single day, trying to overthrow fincher's decisions. In other words, it was a production nightmare. So the fact that the movie turned out as good as it did is a miracle. Besides, its a decent film.....not nearly on par with the first two......but decent.

    This film is going to be great. The sweedish version was good.....but this is going to blow it's socks off.

    Love that cinematography. Looks memorable in every shot, which goes a long ways for me and I'm sure others. I've prob watched this trailer like 5 times now, trying to catch everything. I also saw a lesbian make out bit with the fast changes of scenes. Nice, nothing like a little eye candy :P

    But seriously, December is stacking up to being a big month.

    Although this one has better quality, I think those red-band shots that were replaced were some what better in the leaked trailer. Regardless, possibly the best trailer I've ever seen. They now need to post posters and such.

    @keesjecola I'm NEVER disappointed with any Fincher film! He's one of my all time favorite filmmakers! He just has this classic yet his own innovative style to all of his films! It's so captivating and he really does make it difficult to look away when watching something of his.
