Troy Garity joins The Gangster Squad
Actor Troy Garity, who can be seen in the upcoming Starz series Boss, has joined the cast of The Gangster Squad for Warner Bros.

Troy Garity will play a one-eyed assassin who Mickey Cohen (Sean Penn) sends after Josh Brolin and Ryan Gosling's characters. Troy Garity joins a cast which also includes Emma Stone, Giovanni Ribisi, Michael Peña, Anthony Mackie, Holt McCallany, and Robert Patrick.

Ruben Fleischer is directing The Gangster Squad from a screenplay by former L.A.P.D. officer Will Beall. Production is already under way in Los Angeles.

Gangster Squad comes to theaters September 7th, 2012 and stars Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling, Giovanni Ribisi, Michael Peña, Anthony Mackie, Holt McCallany, Emma Stone. The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer.
