MovieWeb sat down with director Ruper Wainwright and star Maggie Grace today at Comic-Con to talk about the upcoming remake of John Carpenter's 1980 horror flick, The Fog.

In the Revolution Studios' horror-thriller there really is something out there in the dark. One hundred years ago, in a thick, eerie fog off the rocky coast of Northern California, a horrible shipwreck occured under mysterious circumstances. Now, shrouded in darkness, the ghosts of the long-dead sailors have returned from their watery graves to exact their bloody, merciless revenge.

The Fog was released October 14th, 2005 and stars Tom Welling, Maggie Grace, Selma Blair, DeRay Davis, Kenneth Welsh, Adrian Hough, Sara Botsford, Cole Heppell. The film is directed by Rupert Wainwright.
