The film stars Paul Giamatti, James Purefoy, Richard Attenborough, Robert Carlyle, Bob Hoskins, Pete Postlethwaite, Brian Cox, William Moseley, Jason Flemyng, Mackenzie Crook, Kate Mara, Aneurin Barnard and Erick Kastel.
Paul Giamatti plays the tyrant King John in Ironclad, a medieval-era action film that pits a member of the formidable Knights Templar (Purefoy) and his "Magnificent Seven" cohorts who defend Rochester Castle against King John and his army in 13th century England.
Ironclad was released July 8th, 2011 and stars Kate Mara, Jason Flemyng, Paul Giamatti, James Purefoy, Brian Cox, Charles Dance, Derek Jacobi, Mackenzie Crook. The film is directed by Jonathan English.

The templar were just as deadly as the Spartans of Sparta, and they got shafted by Ole King John. I wont tell u the end, but some peeps think a few templar began a powerful secret society that has an over used name. Actually, one of our posters has it as his screen name.
