Green Lantern director Martin Campbell is in early discussions to direct a theatrical remake of The Fall Guy.

The Fall Guy ran for five seasons on ABC, from 1981 to 1986. The series starred Lee Majors as a Hollywood stuntman who also moonlighted as a bounty hunter. Douglas Barr and Heather Thomas also starred in the series.

X-Men: First Class writers Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz are writing the screenplay, with Walter F. Parkes producing. The project was initially set up at DreamWorks, although it isn't known if the studio is still involved or not.

No production schedule was given for The Fall Guy remake.
