The Dark Knight Rises Statuettes Offer New Look at Batman, Bane and Catwoman

More photos have come through from the U.K. Toy Fair, this time with a DC Comics spin instead of the Marvel fare we showed you earlier today. DC Direct has their new line of statuettes on display from The Dark Knight Rises, which feature Christian Bale's Batman, Anne Hathaway's Catwoman, and Tom Hardy's Bane. Take a look at these six-inch and 12-inch statuettes below, which will be available for purchase in June or July.

The Dark Knight Rises was released July 20th, 2012 and stars Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

    @comicbookfan -- Well, I would've quoted what I said about this matter on the other article, but I'll just keep it short and say that if this movie is even close to outstanding, it is a huge success. If it's good, but nothing above that, it's a debacle. If it's great, that will give Christopher Nolan a pass for all the seemingly mistakable decisions he made concerning this project.

    Oh, and if this does in fact wind up being great, we no longer have the right to judge his work before we watch the final product. But, that's just my opinion.

    @XxNickTheFilmCriticXx Yes she is a complete miscast plus this does not do the character justice at all in terms of image. Instead of going with the modern cat-hood and goggles, they go with some masquerade ball domino eyemask. Epic fail. She has nothing on Pfeiffer's version.
