The Dark Knight Rises Photo Shows Off Bane's Neck Scar

A new behind-the-scenes photo from The Dark Knight Rises set offers a look at the villainous Bane's (Tom Hardy) neck scar, giving some insight into this latest Batman character's backstory. We also get a nice look at some of his tattoos and his back acne (which the actor has stated is make-up). Check it out below.

The Dark Knight Rises was released July 20th, 2012 and stars Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

    The acne is no make-up (I'm a beautician..we get this in the salon very often). It could be caused by the make-up covering all his tattoos or by massage oil.. very common allergic reactions of the skin. Because I never saw this on any pictures of him before. Problem solved..I don't believe Tom uses steroids my darlings.
    And yes, you can do something against it, cleaning your skin with the right products, reducing the use of make-up (if on the face) or going to beautician to get acne treatments. So it's very much likely that if it is caused by make-up..it will disappear by itself. Or else..I'll be more then happy to help Tom get rid of it :D

    This is actually a really old photo check out IMDB all this photo is, is zooming in on it besides the scar won't look like that in the final film it will be edited to look much better and they probably won't even explain how he got it in the film they didn't explain Jokers scars

    I almost feel bad for him. He had to wear an uber tight suit for hours on end without taking it off. then again, he got paid millions for a villain role of a lifetime. Anyways, off course he got back acne, people! Like we wouldn't under similar circ*mstances, especially without being properly hydrated. For all we know the materials in that badass takn-top of his caused it. Whatever.

    The neck tattoo however... why would we see that? Is his mask going to come off, or is that scar visible anyways?
