The Dark Knight Rises 'He Was the Batman' Clip
Last night, actor Gary Oldman appeared on the late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he brought the first clip from The Dark Knight Rises. This scene features John Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) introducing himself to Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman), where we learn Blake's father was killed on the last night Batman (Christian Bale) was seen in Gotham eight years ago. Take a look at this intriguing scene from director Christopher Nolan's final Batman adventure.
The Dark Knight Rises was released July 20th, 2012 and stars Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

@superman81 I don't think he knows. But lately I've been noticing that he seems to be teaming with Batman, like a lot. He's for sure going to have a big ending.

@ROFLitschristian yea and they didnt even edit the story. seems they are still going with the whole Dent is Blakes daddy line. The scene makes me wonder though if Blake knows who Batman is.

@Cody-Bartel@Cody-Bartel@garretbyrne You guys are forgetting the deleted two-hour sex scene between Rachel and Dent, and the deleted scene where she had his baby. And don't forget that Nolan said he's not 8 years old because he was playing in toxic waste in the Gotham Waste Unit, next to the playground, which makes him age faster than a normal person.

has anybody thought about the possibility that Bane IS Raz Al Ghul? If you listen to his voice when he says "Mr. Wayne" or "Your punishment must be more severe"....that could be why he needs the mask because of the train accident

Cranston voiced Gordon for the Year One movie, he was great in that, so hopefully he'll feel like starring in an actual movie as Gordon.

Gary Oldman was such a great casting choice for Commissioner Gordon; he looks so much like him in the comics. Only 9 more days and the legend ends...
