@superman81 Catwoman has never been really a villain to Batman. Catwoman is in pratically love with Batman but doesn't believe in what he stands by. If you read recent Catwoman issues, both Batman and Catwoman have sex. She isn't much of an enemy to him, but when she does do wrong Batman does try to stop her, not with violence mostly, but with help. There relationship is kind of complicated.
I don't think she'll be a villain to him in this film though. Maybe in the beginning but in the trailer it looks like they team up against Bane.

Lol @javier-rodas, @superman81. That totally went over my head the first time. Still, I just dislike the color scheme of the poster as opposed to the themes seen in the film. And why they have her doing that when she's supposedly his ally in the end is beyond me.
