The Pittsburgh Post Gazette posted a detailed description of the scenes being shot.
"Piles of fake snow dotted the sidewalks, and black canvas drapes and heavy-duty screens blotted out the sun to create a dreary winter backdrop. Wind and dust machines were on hand to create a storm, even though Pittsburgh skies threatened their own as the afternoon wore on.
Gary Oldman's police Commissioner Jim Gordon ran up the house's steps in take after take to alert the judge to dirty dealings and increasing violence in Gotham.
Well-meaning Wayne Enterprises board member Miranda Tate, played by Marion Cotillard, came to the judge's house in a scene with Commissioner Gordon and Detective Jim Blake, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Ms. Marion Cotillard braved the heat in leather boots and a navy wool peacoat, which she quickly shed at the end of the take, while Mr. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was lucky enough to film in shirtsleeves."

@GL-TDK-TF That's how the original was in Begins before Wayne asked if it "comes in black" if I remember correctly. Since the Batmobile was destroyed in TDK, I'm guessing Wayne goes to Lucius for an updated model or something.

So does this mean the Tumbler returns? or is it a whole new other car that we didnt know about?
I wonder if they will release a toy tumbler (pictured above) other than the blk1, to add to my collection. since i bought the 1s car from batman begins, and i dont mean hotwheels, i mean the toy car that holds batman (action figure) inside, lights up and makes sounds type. , cause that b sweet!,
I also have other batmobiles from batman's 1989, batman returns, and batman forever. i skiped batman & robin's batmobile, cause it was stupid, then when batman begins came out, i bought the tumbler, plus i also own the batpod, wayne manor, and all of the "movie" action figures , with 1989-joker being my oldest,
So yea i would love it if they came out w the brownish/-tumbler too.

@red-ruddy I am sure that they will do fine. Remeber Begins? The tram system and the island didnt look anything like Chicago but still like Gotham. Editing and location are everything. I still have high hopes for this. What did you think of the Begins and its island (Arkham city style ghetto island)?

I don't have to watch these videos to know how amazing this movie will be. While on the subject of vehicles, I really hope there's no bat jet. I can't see a giant black plane flying around everywhere, not being tracked, in a world of realism.
