The Cloverfield Monster Is on the Attack!

Tagruato is reporting an altercation at their Chaui Station. The notorious Cloverfield lion monster is rumored to have attacked and demolished this ocean drilling site.

Tagruato has this bulletin posted on their official site:

There has been an altercation at the Chaui Station. Although details are limited at present time, be assured that Tagruato is taking every measure necessary to ensure the safety and well being of all staff and crew. Specialty teams have been deployed, and are working aggressively to restore harmony at the site.

The cause of the problem is currently being investigated, although it is suspected that an eco-terror cell is responsible for the disturbance.

We have top investigators on our side. Everything will be resolved shortly, and all problems will be fixed. If you have any questions, please contact us at +81-3-5403-6318 for further instructions.

Cloverfield was released January 18th, 2008 and stars Lizzy Caplan, Jessica Lucas, T.J. Miller, Michael Stahl-David, Mike Vogel, Odette Annable, Anjul Nigam, Margot Farley. The film is directed by Matt Reeves.

    if you're sick of all the hype then don't watch the videos or click on the links, it's pretty simple. I hope they don't show the monster and knowing Abrams it's definitely a possibility. Showing the monster would make it just like any other movie of the same type and it could possibly ruin the movie. Look at "Signs", great movie up until they show the alien close up...

    Any of you guys or girls begging to see the monster need to be patient. when ID4 came out, there was a HUGE wait on showing the aliens....then guess what.....the action figure line was put out and kinda ruined the suprise of what they'd look like, did it hurt the movie? not at all, in fact thats my #3 favritve movie of all time, yet it did ruin the element of suprise that you're watching a movie n are like HOLY "F" thats sweet.......

    But in turn, Galactus was kept hush for FF4: ROTSS, and that turned out to be a hgue dissappointment.

    Be patient and you will enjoy the suprise much better. If they show it now you'll be like, wow, thats it........without hearing the story of how the monster came to be.

    What the hell was that?! I don't even know what I just watched. I'm still excited about this movie, but enough of the same old crap already. Even new stuff like this feels like the same crap, and worse yet it was sooooooo annoying. I don't want them to show the monster before the movie hits theatres because it takes away the excitement, but at least give us something to go on! All I can do now is hope the monster is actually shown in the movie.

    And on a side note, why the hell does everybody think the monster's a lion?!

    Yawn. Come on, people! Show the f**kin' monster already! I agree with DocHoliday: If they don't show the monster in the movie or at LEAST sometime soon, I'm gonna be f**kin' pist. And I agree with justinishulk too. If this is anything like the Blair Witch program, and is only filmed with home cameras and has teens screaming "Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God!" for two and a half f**kin' hours while taking shots of the boogers up their noses, I WILL WALK OUT OF THE THEATER!!! This movie looked cool at first, but now I'm having some doubts.
