The Chronicles of Narnia 2 Starts Filming in February

According to NarniaWeb, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian will be filmed in Auckland, New Zealand during February and March 2007.

This will be followed by four months of production in Prague, Czech Republic.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe was filmed in various locations in New Zealand and the Czech Republic.

Prince Caspian finds the Pevensie siblings pulled back into the land of Narnia, where a thousand years have passed since they left. The children are once again enlisted to join the colorful creatures of Narnia in combating an evil villain who prevents the rightful Prince from ruling the land. Prince Caspian was first published in 1951, and is the fourth book in the seven-book series written by Lewis. It was intended as a continuation of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian will be released on May 16th, 2008.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was released May 16th, 2008 and stars Ben Barnes, Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Sergio Castellitto, Peter Dinklage, Warwick Davis. The film is directed by Andrew Adamson.

    It's great the they are going to continue the Chronicles, but sad that they have missed a key book and story regarding The Magician's Nephew. For once I'd like someone to honor all the works of CS Lewis' Chronicles and not just some of them. JjF
