@cupid I think it's called The Bourne Legacy, right? Perhaps it is because we now get to see what changes are made in the CIA/Treadstone/etc because of the actions of one Jason Bourne. He brought change about; now we get to see it.

@cupid Because it's still involving the Treadstone people (Finney, Allen), and they will find a way to tie Renner's agent directly to Bourne leading into the next one. Look at it as Renner's intro into the series, and they're giving him an entire movie to himself before teaming him with Bourne in the next one.
