The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D Poster

Icon Entertainment has revealed the first poster for The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D, which is currently in pre-production and set for release in 2012. Take a look at the poster for this new spoof below from directors Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg, which will parody the blockbuster Avatar.

The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D Poster

In Scary Movie we spoofed the creepy teen horror genre, in Date Movie we took on cliché romantic comedies, Epic Movie we parodied bloated blockbusters, Meet the Spartans we lampooned the ultra macho 300 and in Vampires Suck we skewered the cultural phenomenon Twilight. But our new movie will dare spoof the biggest, boldest and most successful movie ever made - James Camerons Avatar.

With a domestic box office of nearly 700 million dollars and an overseas haul of over 2 billion, it was only a matter time before this behemoth got a good ribbing. And what could possibly be riper for satire? You got half naked blue people plugging their hair into strange flying horses so they can read their thoughts! And nothing in this mega blockbuster is off limits, from its overly simplified message of "big corporations = bad; tree hugging environmentalist = good," to the broadly drawn characters like the buffed out Colonel who's in a perpetual 'roid rage to the very colorful, glowing and... come on, totally stony world of Pandora. And just like Avatar our movie will be in eye popping 3-D - making it the very first spoof movie ever in this format. It's a perfect showcase for our outrageous sight gags, physical comedy and audacious stunts that will make for a hilarious film and uproarious audience experience.

The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D comes to theaters in 2012. The film is directed by Aaron Seltzer, Jason Friedberg.

Awesome, another sh*tty movie full of rehashed pop culture references and D-List celebrities no one gives a sh*t about. Just keep on destroying movies as we know it, guys, pretty soon there will be nothing left

The only decent one besides the Scary Movies was Superhero Movie, everything else was simply unwatchable. I remember the 300 one where they explained every single joke to the audience like if we were retards who wouldn't understand their lame jokes on our own.
I remember some of them even had funny or at least decent posters, this poster simply hurts my eyes.
How do they even keep giving these guys money to make these? Didn't all the last ones flop?

At what point did we piss off God so much that He would allow something like this to be greenlit?

great... so what they are saying is that we have this movie, and at least 4 more unnecessary sequels to look forward to? count me out.

I always knew they would make "3D Movie" someday. I think there is room for a really good spoof movie. You would need to have comic stars who let the material work around them without overshadowing it (i.e. Steve Carrell, Ben Stiller, Leslie Neilsen RIP). And the jokes wouldn't be funny simply because we know what they are referencing. They would be funny because they had wit and comic punch. The spoof also wouldn't be of a specific genre. The spoof should be selfaware, knowing that it is referencing the movies that it does. If it can get past that, the jokes wouldn't be so blatant and fall flat on their faces. Anyhoo, I've wasted too many words on a lost topic. For now, leave satire to SNL (even though they are failing recently as well).

"From the makers of A Good Try But It Came Up Short (Date Movie), Epic Fail, More Failing, and We Just Suck But For Some Reason We Still Make A Modest Box Office Sum comes a new parody film that completely misses the point of parody. That's right folks, you'll be transported through the wet dream of two failed comedians as they assemble every culturally relevant joke and expect you to watch. Be sure to watch out for Glee jokes, Christina Aguilera jokes, and the running Charlie Sheen jokes that will be sure to make this spoof spit-up a "Winning." Coming out in 2012, it's "The Biggest Bitch-Smack to Pop Culture to Date And Yet We'll Make A Nice Little Revenue As Well As More Razzies."

Friggin' hate Seltzer and Friedberg...they're not even worthy to lick the dog crap off Mel Brooks', the true king of parody, shoes

I think the article misspoke, it said that is was only a matter of time before Avatar got a good ribbing, but there is no way this movie will be good. this will be the dumbest and probably worst movie of the year and will only appeal to stupid teens who like dick and fart jokes. i hate the two ppl behind these spoofs and hope they get band from hollywood.

@movie-nut Superhero Movie was tolerable because it wasn't done by Seltzer and Friedberg. Craig Mazin wrote and directed it. Same goes for Dance Flick because it was the Wayan Bros. Not saying those films are good, but they're f*cking Monty Python in comparison to Seltzer and Friedberg's work.

@moviefreak97 I thought Superhero Movie was...at least more tolerable than the rest. But considering the fact that Meet the Spartans holds a secure spot on my personal 10 Worst Movies Ever Made list, I'm fairly confident this movie will blow. Hard.
