Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies is currently shooting in Savannah, Georgia, where the studio has received threats upon filming in the state. The production team received this cryptic email.
" I place the "Curse of Savannah" upon your head and may it follow you the rest of your life if you make this film here. You have been warned."
Here are some production photos from the film, which is expected to continue shooting through February 13th with this tagline:

Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies was released May 29th, 2012 and stars Bill Oberst Jr., Baby Norman, Jason Vail, Hannah Bryan, Nathaniel Grauwelman, Chip Lane, Christopher Marrone, Brennen Harper. The film is directed by Richard Schenkman.

@Number1Wolverine -- Good point. I guess I'm spectating a little too much from my point of view. Because I, personally, don't think I could have anything to do with a movie like this. If I know I don't have a high budget, it's going to be a short and not based on Abraham Lincoln fighting off hordes of zombies.

@XxNickTheFilmCriticXx - It really depends, Hollywood is not the most friendliest place in the world when it comes to pursing an acting career. Friends are what gets you jobs, so this may be a terrible movie but it may lead to something better. Just look at some of the movies top starts were in before they got famous, Sylvester Stallone was making porn movies before he got his big break with Rocky. Jennifer Aniston was in Leprechaun, Johnny Depp first movie was Freddy "not saying that was bad" but you get the point.

If anyone is familiar with Red Dead Redemption, Undead Nightmare, this is basically a rip off of it. Not Abraham Lincoln Vampire hunter. That game is a post Civil War time, old west, cowboys with Zombie's. So only thing different, is Civil War time, addition of Ab. They might want to capitalize on the Ab Vampire Hunter movie, but this idea is more enclose with the game.
