Moon = Great. District 9 = Any movie that has heroic elements, that kinda comes short. Jeff Bridges = Brilliant. Hoisin and Dark Knight, if you follow Chud.com and Comingsoon.net also. There was a article posted on how Sony Pictures Classics, screwed Moon over by not sending any awards screeners for the season, claiming the DVD was released in the UK already and at the time, soon to drop in the US. Bastards, I say!

The Narrator: The Better Man
Agreed hoisin. Moon was amazing. Duncan Jones and Blomkamp have made great breakout movies as have their two main stars Copley, Rockwell, given Rockwell isn't particularly leading man material.

Where are the nominations for Sam Rockwell, Duncan Jones and Moon? It should be up for best actor, supporting actor (how cool would that be), best director and best film.
No doubt the Oscars will snub it too.

After the SAG, Bridges, Waltz, and Mo'Nique are locked for Oscar victory. I'm still debating between Streep and Bullock for Best Actress. If Streep had won, I think it'd be hers to lose. Now, with Bullock holding the Actor and the Globe, it's a definite race to the finish. The Academy could just give it to Mulligan, and call it night. It's cool with me either way.
