Terry Crews joins the cast of Scary Movie 5
The Expendables 2 star Terry Crews has joined the cast of Scary Movie 5 for Dimension Films and director Malcolm D. Lee. He joins a cast that already includes Ashley Tisdale, Lindsay Lohan, and Charlie Sheen. Here's what the actor had to say about the casting in a recent interview, which also includes tidbits about The Expendables 3, The Newsroom, and director Scott Sanders' new comedy Aztec Warrior.

"I just finished a film called Aztec Warrior with Luis Guzmán about the Lucha Libre movement. That was directed by Scott Sanders who did the funny film Black Dynamite. I will also be in Scary Movie 5. That's being directed by my man Malcolm D. Lee, who I love from The Best Man. I plan on coming back for the second season of The Newsroom and I have a couple of things in the works. I do plan on being in Expendables 3, which is really popping up really quick. A lot of people are talking about it, but it depends on how '2′ does."


Malcolm D. Lee is directing Scary Movie 5 from a screenplay he co-wrote with David Zucker (Scary Movie 3, Scary Movie 4). No production schedule was given for the comedy sequel.

Scary Movie V was released April 12th, 2013 and stars Ashley Tisdale, Simon Rex, Erica Ash, Katt Williams, Gracie Whitton, Lidia Porto, Charlie Sheen, Katrina Bowden. The film is directed by Malcolm D. Lee.
