Terminator Salvation Lawsuit Gets Settled

In a story from Variety, it looks like Moritz Borman has reached a settlement regarding his lawsuit with his fellow Terminator Salvation producers and their Halcyon Company.

No details of the settlement were disclosed.

Borman had sued Derek Anderson, Victor Kubicek and Halcyon last month in Los Angeles Superior Court. He alleged fraud and a breach of contract for not paying him his producing fees. He had sought over $160 million in damages.

In addition to this he said "he had arranged for the transfer of the Terminator rights to Anderson and Kubicek but would not have done so" he had known about their checkered past.

Berman also claims that Anderson and Kubicek "hijacked" the Terminator Salvation production in July, and that they "refused to pay him the $2.5 million balance of his producing fee."

Terminator Salvation comes to theaters May 21 from Warner Bros. Pictures.

Terminator Salvation was released May 21st, 2009 and stars Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Moon Bloodgood, Helena Bonham Carter, Anton Yelchin, Jadagrace, Bryce Dallas Howard, Common. The film is directed by McG.
