Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny
Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny is the story of a friendship that changes the course of rock history forever, of the fateful collision of minds between Jack Black and Kyle Gass that led to the creation of the precedent-shattering band Tenacious D, and of the two heroes' quest to find the fabled Guitar Pick Of Destiny.
The teaser site features a small video called "The Hell 'O Clock News" which serves as a fake news story for the film.
Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny was released November 22nd, 2006 and stars Jack Black, Kyle Gass, JR Reed, Ronnie James Dio, Paul F. Tompkins, Troy Gentile, Ned Bellamy, Fred Armisen. The film is directed by Liam Lynch.
