Taraji Henson Is Not Easily Broken

Hustle & Flow's Taraji Henson has found a new gig. According to Variety, the actress will be appearing in the drama Not Easily Broken.

Henson will be acting opposite Morris Chestnut in adaptation of the religious novel by Bishop T.D. Jakes. It is the powerful tale of a couple's attempt to survive a car accident, a fractured marriage, and the ultimate temptation (I'm guessing ice cream).

Bill Dukes is directing a screenplay written by The Last Sin Eater's Brian Bird. Dukes has already begun shooting the film in Los Angeles.
