Taken 2 International Trailer

An international trailer has been released for the upcoming sequel Taken 2, directed by Olivier Megaton (Colombiana). Liam Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, after successfully rescuing his kidnapped daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) in Taken. The sequel flips the script when Bryan and his wife are kidnapped while vacationing in Istanbul, and Kim must spring into action to save her parents. Take a look at new footage from this action-packed follow-up.

Taken 2 was released October 5th, 2012 and stars Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Leland Orser, Jon Gries, D.B. Sweeney, Luke Grimes, Rade Serbedzija. The film is directed by Olivier Megaton.

    Taken was great, but this movie makes Liam Neeson's character look "weak" less smart, and almost as if hes not the professional we saw in the first film. while his daugher looked dumb in the first film. her character looks abit smarter tha her own dad. So its kinda weird, i got all this from the trailer, maybe in the film, it'll look better.

    Not impressed with the trailer or the film. Lord knows I love Neeson, but he's better than this blatant milking, and it's about time he reminds the world who the f*ck Oskar Schindler and Qui-Gon Ji is.

    The first Taken... what can I say. Entertaining? Yeah, it was at first, but forgettable a few days later. I know it's not a popular opinion regarding the film - in fact I'm the only one of my friends who didn't find it "totally awesome". I don't know, I guess I just really wanted to see the first film when it was first announced (back when no one had heard of the project) and expected it to be great. Instead, what I got was a decent thriller/action film whose only saving grace was Neeson's badassness, and since everyone else expected a decent film, they found it rather good. Seeing as I didn't enjoy the first film all that much, and this film seems weaker than that installment, I highly doubt I'll like this film.
