Olivia Wilde might play Lois Lane in Zack Snyder's Superman
Yesterday, we reported that actresses such as Jessica Biel, Kristen Stewart, Malin Akerman, Rachel McAdams and Dianna Agron had either read or will read for Lois Lane. Kristen Stewart can now be taken off that list, as the actress has passed on the project. Kristen Stewart was, "caught off guard" by the success of the Twilight movies and isn't ready to take on another big franchise just yet.
Henry Cavill will star as the Man of Steel in Superman. Zack Snyder will direct Superman from a script by David S. Goyer, which is based on a story created by David S. Goyer and Christopher Nolan.
Man of Steel comes to theaters June 14th, 2013 and stars Russell Crowe, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Michael Shannon, Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Meloni. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

Eh...I just don't see her as a Lois Lane

She could be a good Lois, out of all those choices I'd pick her. It's cool she's been looking for a comic book movie to sink her teeth into. Tron: Legacy was only the beginning, lol.

Lane
I like Wilde but not for this role. There are much better choices out there for Lois Lane. But then... there were much better choices for Superman, too. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around why they chose Cavill over EVERYone else.
Considering what we know now, frankly I would have much rather had the roles of Catwoman and Lois Lane reversed. Wilde would've made a much better Catwoman as Hathaway has a better look and presence as Lois Lane. Still, no going back on that one, but this one has yet to be determined.

Thanks for your nice comments, the series that you've posted all seem interesting. I will look into all of them, but mostly the Batman ones.
Thanks

Oh, true. Yeah, I kind of gave her the role there, didn't I? Oh well.

WOULD add to height. I think we're getting a little carried away. haha. As much as I'd love to hear some casting rumors about her, I highly doubt it.

Randle, She's 5'5. That's not bad, especially when considering the boots will add to height.

Meh, I see her as a Lois over WonderWoman. Lilly is way to short to play an Amazonian Woman. I always thought Biel to be Perfect for WW. Plus in Lost Kate was a real Bitch sometimes. Perfect for Lois :)

@Ejk1 I'll check out more work from her. To be honest-I have never seen Lost. I have only seen her in the brief role she had in "The Hurt Locker" but Ill give her a look.

@Dave, there's no debate about it. After how she was able to easily pull off the physicality of Lost for years, I have no doubt that she could handle the role of Diana. Lilly has the right build, attitude, and sex appeal. Simply put, if Morena Baccarin isn't going to grow her hair anytime soon, there really is no competition for Lilly if a WW movie is made. In my opinion, of course :)

Yeah, I'd prefer Freckles as WW, as well. At least over Lois Lane.

Evangeline Lilly would be a better WW pick than Lois Lane.

Her name has never came up, but I think Evangeline Lilly would be perfect. She can act, she looks great, and she has the Physique of an Army Brat (which Loise is). Plus Lilly totally looks like a "Loise". hahaha

the Narrator
They actually had several pretty cool encounters with the New Avengers. One of which, was when the NA went out to fight/meet the DA, but ended up fighting The Hand and his followers instead. It was a neat little episode.
... f*ck, I mean the Hood. God, my memory is failing me as a fan. Totally got the two confused. Though, the Hand did appear next to the New Avengers as well, with the introduction of Ronin (not Clint Barton, the chick). DD helped set it up or something, but that prior to Dark Reign, so fail on me for getting the two mixed up. :P

The Hand were involved in Shadowland, a complete disappointment to me as a huge Daredevil fan. Outside of the DD arc, I don't recall them in Dark Reign.

the Narrator
@ejk, I'm well aware. I mean, I wanted to collect the key focal points during the house-wide run, particularly with the Dark Avengers and New Avengers. I've read a lot of them already, and I've read Siege (glad it's over), I just want to collect a few worthwhile issues, concerning The Hand and such. :)
