Superman and Justice League will have separate Clark Kents
While promoting his latest fantasy adventure Sucker Punch in England, Zack Snyder addressed fans concerns about how Superman is going to be handled between the two projects. This is what he had to say.
"Like what Christopher Nolan is doing and what I'm doing with Superman, what they'll do with Justice League of America will be it's own thing with it's own Batman and own Superman. We'll be over here with our movie and they'll kinda get to do it twice which is kinda cool."
This means there will be three different versions of Batman, as it was also revealed by Jeff Robinov that Christopher Nolan will produce an all-new Batman reboot once he finishes work on The Dark Knight Rises.
Two Clark Kents and three Bruce Waynes? Anyone out there think this reboot nonsense is getting out of hand?
Justice League of America is in development .
Man of Steel comes to theaters June 14th, 2013 and stars Henry Cavill, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, Julia Ormond. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

I'm actually rather happy about this idea, as it stands now. I really don't wanna wait to see how Man of Steel does to determine when and how a Justice League film is made. I don't think the reception from the Superman reboot should dictate this decision. The sooner the better. Not "rushed", but "sooner."

If the Superman reboot and/or Cavill disappoint, then I'll be happy. If not, then there's really no point to change anything. Until we know for sure, I don't think there's a need to make premature announcements --- Mistake on WB's part.

@joshua Hollaway totally agree with you on that, for Brainiac i think it would be bad ass if Liam Neeson could do it, for Darkside and Doomsday i think a costume with some CGI could do the trick very easily i think it would not only bring in the millions of fans who have grown over the years with Tom Welling and in my opinion his brilliant take on the Clark Kent/ Superman character in but also he has what it takes and has been proving in from day one, i do like your take on the trilogy i think that would be amazing if they did it,

1st movie: Braniac( lex and clark befriends)
2nd movie: Lex turns evil..Death of Superman(Doomsday)

i'm done venting and wasting air talking about this nonsense. if it's good i'll see it, if not i'm out. if they reboot in 100 times i'll be in so long as it's good and doesn't jackup the universe the characters are set in. do i like the reboots - no. but they don't seem to care and just keep going so i'll just call like i see it: if it's good i'm gonna see it. if not i won't.

aquaman, the flash, wonderwoman. so one guy runs super fast, the other guy swims and the chic is strong and blocks things with her gold bracelets. do i have this right? these characters are lame. there is no reason to spend a sh*t ton of money on jla just for the sake of competition with marvel. focus on what's cool not what could make money with the masses. but i digress, martian hunting is captivating.

If the JLA movie is meant to be competition with the Avengers movie, this is already starting off the rails again. The fact that the Marvel movies tie together is what makes this all so fun. Maybe they're pushing it a little too hard, but at least you can keep up with who's who.

@jptheredskull Besides my idea of the aged storyline, I do agree that making JLA a stand-alone film is a dumb idea. I like the continuity Marvel has going right now, and would have loved to see it happen over at DC with their properties. But no matter how you look at it, Warner Bros. made this dumb choice. So the films will lost continuity regardless.
