Super 8 Trailer Reveals New Website and Photos
It was only a matter of time before hungry fans began dissecting the latest trailer for Super 8, which debuted last week. What did they find? A few more obscure stills buried in the last flickering frame of the camera seen at the end of the trailer, which you can check out below. And a new super8-movie website, that is set up like an old school Super 8 film editor. Right now, there are three clips to play around with, which are separated by vast stretches of missing footage. The available clips seem to be from an old newsreel, with scientists doing research. The following audio can be heard, but it makes no sense at this point. More clips will follow soon.

Super 8 was released June 10th, 2011 and stars Joel Courtney, Jessica Tuck, Joel McKinnon Miller, Ryan Lee, Zach Mills, Riley Griffiths, Gabriel Basso, Kyle Chandler. The film is directed by J.J. Abrams.

Nobody can deny it, J.J. is the man when it comes to marketing his movies. Him and Nolan.
Now, while I'm sure Super 8 is gonna be a hit, what I want to know is will he be a lock for directing the Star Trek sequel? It would be nice to see him commit to one more, but if he doesn't, I hope he stays on as a creative consultant all the same.
