It seems that A&E's new lawman is in some legal trouble of his own, which has forced his show to be shut down. Variety is reporting that production on Steven Seagal: Lawman has been shut down after a lawsuit alleges that Steven Seagal was involved in sex trafficking.

The production was stopped by Newell Normand, the sheriff of Louisiana's Jefferson Parish, earlier today when news of a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by a former Seagal assistant, Kayden Nguyen. Seagal has vehemently denied the allegations, but the sheriff announced at a news conference today that the crew of the series has been told to leave the sheriff's offices.

"We are aware of Sheriff Normand's decision to halt production on Steven Seagal: Lawman at this time, and we have no further comment," the A&E Network said through a statement.

As soon he stopped snapping necks, I lost interest in him. Plus he's a poor horrible actor, nothing surprises me anymore.
