Star Trek Snow-Planet Monster #2

The greatest adventure of all time begins with Star Trek, the incredible story of a young crew's maiden voyage onboard the most advanced starship ever created: the U.S.S. Enterprise. On a journey filled with action, comedy and cosmic peril, the new recruits must find a way to stop an evil being whose mission of vengeance threatens all of mankind.

The fate of the galaxy rests in the hands of bitter rivals. One, James T. Kirk (Chris Pine), is a delinquent, thrill-seeking Iowa farm boy. The other, Spock (Zachary Quinto), was raised in a logic-based society that rejects all emotion. As fiery instinct clashes with calm reason, their unlikely but powerful partnership is the only thing capable of leading their crew through unimaginable danger, boldly going where no one has gone before!

Star Trek hits theaters nationwide on May 8.

Star Trek was released May 8th, 2009 and stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Leonard Nimoy, Eric Bana, Bruce Greenwood, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg. The film is directed by J.J. Abrams.

Does kinda remind me of Lost Planet. Cool, though.

That part in the trailer reminded me of Lost Planet, too. The special effects in this movie look great and this monster design is really unique and erie, which is a good thing. And I have said in the past, I'm not a fan of Star Trek what so ever, but this looks like it will be pretty good.

Really cool design. I'm really excited to see this movie. I must say though, that when I first saw the monster in the trailer, my first thought was the game "Lost Planet".

I totally agree with Draktyr. I do love star trek, but a lot of the aliens are major fails that look like humans with some odd make up. I didn't realize there were so many bipedal humanoid aliens.

Sweet monster design. Nice to see them having gotten away from the lazy "I have a ridge on my nose, so I must be an alien", that Star Trek was so famous for in the more recent years! Eagerly awaiting this movie! :)
