Spider-Man Truck Chase Set Video

Yesterday we reported on a pair of new videos taken from the downtown Los Angeles set of the Untitled Spider-Man Reboot. Today, another video offering a better glimpse of that stunt has arrived. The Amazing Spider-Man comes to theaters July 3rd, 2012 and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary, Chris Zylka, Irrfan Khan, C. Thomas Howell. The film is directed by Marc Webb.

    july 3rd? damn..that means spiderman is gonna make big bucks the following day/night. since it will b 4th of july week. then again.. its also 1 of those weeks where people go out of town, camping bbq, pop fireworks, not really a movie time. but im pretty sure the 1st day will b sold out.. in sum places

    What the f*ck is y'all problem saying the movie will suck... Based on what? From this amateur footage taken from a cellphone?? Come on! Sure it looks ridiculous watching a guy running around in the streets dressing in a red/blue pajama like he was high on something but seriously, it's going to look awesome when it'll be face-paced edited, the sound effects, the shaky cam and different camera angle.

    To all those out there saying that the movie is lame I say there is only one true lame Spiderman and that is Tobey Maguire. Andrew Garfield in ONE publicity photo owns the Spiderman/Parker character more than Maguire could in THREE movies.When the reboot finally hits theatres I'm willing to bet that people will refer to Andrew Garfield and Spiderman in the same way that people associate Chris Reeve with Superman, Harrison Ford with Indiana Jones and Sean Connery with Bond. This movie will eclipse the other Spidey movies because i think it will dare to be different and not adhere to what we expect, just look at the suit, iconic but different. As for the video footage how can you hate it? It's done for real with agood old fashioned stuntman as opposed to a really bad C.G version like we're used to.

    Thats a stuntman, whoever thougt that was Andrew, , sucks to be u. lol. I too am not intrested in what i seen so far. then again im not a comic book freak who sits around reading them 24/7. im all about great movies, even if most came from a comic. So maybe thats why im not all pumped about it like most people r. But that doesnt mean i wont see it. i own all 3, and i'll even buy this1 on blu ray too. depends on how good the story is. So lets hope this makes the last spiderman, look bad. by being good!

    Andrew Garfield will not disappoint as the new Peter Parker, considering that he is a better actor then Tobey Maguire. I will be laughing when you'll be praising the film

    Special Effects and Stunt grade for this film will be a A... All but one actor choice is a A, Parker is a C-.... But the story,, and costum design for spiderman will be what makes thie movie not as good as even Spiderman 3... And we all know how much 3 screwed up with Venom.... I will watch,, couse it is spiderman,,, but I have little dout it will be a combination of alsome,, and that sucks through out the movie...

    @red-ruddy: Once edited, I'm sure the flip will fit perfectly; there probably won't be that pause between when Spidey lunges and when he lands in the bed of the truck. Either way, one has to admire the stunt. He vaulted into a moving vehicle.
