CBS' fall drama Moonlight has just signed its female lead. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sophia Myles will be the love interest on the horror-themed show.

The series revolves around a Vampire who moonlights as a private investigator. He must struggle with immortality, other vampires, and his love of a mortal. Myles will be replacing Shannon Lucio, who appeared in the series pilot.

In other casting news, D.W. Moffett will now star in the CW's new drama Life Is Wild. Matt Letscher has joined the cast of ABC's upcoming drama Eli Stone as a regular. And Portia de Rossi has joined FX's Nip/Tuck.

All of these shows will be debuting in the fall.
