Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 will be released on July 15, 2011.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 was released November 19th, 2010 and stars Bill Nighy, Emma Watson, Richard Griffiths, Harry Melling, Daniel Radcliffe, Julie Walters, Bonnie Wright, Rupert Grint. The film is directed by David Yates.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 was released July 15th, 2011 and stars Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Evanna Lynch, Domhnall Gleeson. The film is directed by David Yates.

    Ummm they make some things right but obviously they don't follow the story line. Because as I remember the one who tells Harry and the others about the deathly hallows is Luna's father not Mr. Olivander the wand maker. But let give it a chance.

    It's just sad that within the first 60 seconds of the sneak peek, there are already several things that stand out to me that don't follow the story line of the book. I would think that with this opportunity for splitting the book into two full feature length movies, they might be able to get some things right. Oh well.

    Guys, this page is obviously for people who ENJOY Harry Potter, the books and movies. Of course, any book and/or movie is going to have flaws to some person or another, because not everyone likes the same things. But come one, don't sit there and bash it while other people really just want to enjoy it. Please don't forget, Harry Potter isn't real, there for any thing Harry Potter based is supposed to be FOR FUN. Obvilously it won't be perfect. Just havea tad bit more consideration for the people on here, excited for the new movies to come out. Its not like your paying the 9 dollar and 50 cent fee to get a ticket anyways....

    Haha Geek, I agree Kung Pow is far more bearable than Street Fighter--though I do appreciate Steve Odekirk's humor now and again. And thanks for actually being someone that dissects these Potter films instead of one that jumps into the hype of it all. And again, I agree, these films are not worth a second viewing--not even the decent last installment. All of these kid/teenie-bopper/fantasy films are just SO by the numbers cliche that I just can't fathom why they garner so much attention outside of vicarious living, I guess. But the big question now is: would you rather watch Mortal Kombat: Annihilation 10 times over this?

    Yentz...Street Fighter?Ew Ew Ew.Dude I'd just as soon scoop my eyes out with a rusty spoon and pour salt into the empty sockets than sit through that movie again.I'd rather watch Kung Pow:Enter the Fist a dozen times,at least I zone out during that one.

    And Yentz.I have pointed out each movies faults,thats why I watch it once and never watch it again.As for the last one being decent.I do agree but still not worth a second time around.As for Potter being an annoyance.YEP!If you think his moping and bitching are bad in the movies,read the books.Trust me it's worse there.

    There is only one other character I find more annoying than Harry Potter in any of the series that I've read or watched.Bella Swan from the Twilight Saga.

    Newkill, I'm in complete in agreement with you. I find it funny that just because this series is so popular, that people are so willing to overlook all of its faults. The last film was the only one I found remotely decent and that was simply because the technical aspects were at their most accomplished levels. Potter himself is one of the worst, most annoying characters I've witnessed from a series and desperately needs to stop moping and bitching all of the time. It's time this and Twilight just took their bows and closed the curtains. And I further agree Newkill, I'd rather watch The Super Mario Bros. movie over this... Actually I'll take it a step further--I'd watch Van's Street Fighter 10 times over this.

    Onto the news.

    They used the exciting parts for this clip.This movie is going to be boring.I have stated it before,half this book is of them running around the country side and hiding.Nothing exiciting happens at all.Yet they want to split this movie into two parts.Clearly noone had thought that through and only the die hard Harry Pooter fan will sit there in the theater and stare at the screen with drool hanging from their lower lip.

    I'm glad to see they're finally spliting up one of the big books into two movies. They won't have to cut anything good that way. One of the main problems I had with the last three is that they cut out a few key points that made Harry Potter magical, something I haven't felt since seeing the third movie.
