Casting on the Dublin-based film Snap has been completed. According to Variety, producer Martina Niland has snatched up both Eileen Walsh and Aisling O'Sullivan for the leads.

This drama, which revolves around a son and mother relationship after being removed from a harsh domestic environment, will mark the directorial debut of Ireland's Carmel Winters. The project is being funded by the Irish Film Board, Screen Scene and Accomplice TV, with Cathleen Dore co-producing.

The film will begin shooting shortly in the country of Ireland.
