    The whole ending was so cheesy one of the worst ending to a series, but I understand its on the cw budget what can they do? The whole darkside battle was pretty short like he was fighting a purse snatcher or something.

    The finale was somewhat satisfying and somewhat disappointing. The entire theme of showing his face and winning people's trust was wiped away; it was totally ridiculous that we never got to see Tom Welling in the suit in front of people; he was just the flying version of the blur. It was a cop-out.

    @rojodiablo Agreed. Lois being there is why I happy Lana isn't back for the finale. It would just be pointless and to pander to the fans.

    I haven't missed an episode yet and can't wait for this epic finale. I was a huge Lana Lang fan but I have to say Erica Durance has really stole her thunder, which I never would have thought possible before and she's made the show that much better, with this season being extremely enjoyable imo. Awesome series from start to finish and I'd still like to see them get a shot at the big screen before too much time has past as well.

    @skywise @corey @Brizzy @bawnian-dexeus @timmy @brian @bawnian-dexeus If that made you cry, read this:

    Nine years. At times it feels like forever (especially when we look at our Warner Bros ID badges we received our first week of work and we looked like kids!) and some times it feels like it's only been a few weeks. We will probably measure all time against Smallville for the rest of our lives. As it turns out, we've started measuring a lot against Smallville. We began as wide-eyed freshman. All we could focus on was getting that first big break in television. We used to sit in the writers' room and stare at the beautiful Burbank scenery saying, "Wow, we did it. We're here." Two kids from the Midwest make good. And it was quite a ride. 9/11 had just happened. The world was looking for a hero. Superman always fits that bill. Especially when you're looking for an American hero who is just, not vengeful, home-grown and dare we say earnest.

    Then a decade passes.The war falls on a later page in the paper. It's easy to get buried under the thousands of decisions that go into every television season. And you can lose perspective being in such a macro world. But, coming to the end of the show this year, we were able to step back and we were moved by what we saw. In fact, we used that view to help shape the final season of Smallville:

    Hope.

    The theme this year was Believe in Heroes.They exist. And not just in red capes.And the fact that a show that's survived two networks, two time slots and four different days of the week proves that people want to be inspired. People want to put their faith in hope and their trust in humanity.

    We have been lucky. We got to sit with the writers and think about Superman every day. We got to think about what inspires us. Think about why Superman is the most recognizable character in the world. Think about the most avid fans in television and the reason they tune in every week-not only do they want to believe in good, they actually do. Someone once said that you can only truly appreciate in others what you have the potential for in yourself. Superheroes are a reflection of who we want to become. Whatever impact we've had on the Superman mythos, it pales compared to the impact the fans of Superman across the globe have had on us. It's what makes us believe there's a more peaceful future out there. Being reminded of that every week for a decade has been a gift.

    Thank you,

    Kelly and Brian

    @jptheredskull Even during the Russel T. Davies era it was Steven Moffat's stories that had the greatest impact and now Mr. Moffat has taken over as show Runner. It usually takes me 4-5 episodes to warm up to a new doctor but Steven Moffat accomplished this in his very first episode in series 5. The season 6 opener was a 2 parter and it was fantastic. If you get a chance and watch it please let me know what you think of Mr. Moffat's style.

    I've been following Doctor Who for a long time. I stopped then returned to it when it came back, at first I didn't like David but I grew to like him. As I did with Matt Smith.

    Ten years of Smallville, I started to watch it in season 7 and I'm looking forward to seeing the last one tonight.

    Ahh I can't believe that in 8 hours Smallville will run its last episode!!! This is truly a sad yet exciting day. I been waiting a long time for the day we could finally see Clark become Superman and put on the suit. I hope it all pays off for the dedicated fans who at thru filler episodes and long breaks. It's been an amazing ride!!! I wanna see him fly and unleash the fury like only Superman can. No more weakness and getting thrown around. It's time he stand there and take a punch like he did the first time Doomsday hit him in the comics and he didn't even budge!!! I'm very geeked but when the end credits hit I'm gonna be like Damn my show is no more!!!!

    @jptheredskull Doctor Who definatly isnt for everyone, its Zany and quirky brand of high sci-fi is peculiar no doubt. Last season started a new Doc and his new companion...my favorite red headed goddess, Karen Gillan. Its not for everyone as i said (i love it of course) but even the most synical would have a hard time not enjoying The New Doc...at least some of the times.
