Skyfall Video Blog from the Set with Director Sam Mendes

Yesterday, we showed you a new set photo from the 007 adventure Skyfall, which is currently shooting in London, working towards a November 9 release. Today we have the first video blog from director Sam Mendes, which offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the production, along with the filmmaker discussing his lifelong affection for the James Bond character. Skyfall comes to theaters November 9th, 2012 and stars Ralph Fiennes, Daniel Craig, Helen McCrory, Javier Bardem, Tonia Sotiropoulou, Bérénice Marlohe, Judi Dench, Naomie Harris. The film is directed by Sam Mendes.

    @jayaottley Skyfall is most likely going to be attached to Men in Black 3 or The Amazing Spider-Man, just because TDKR is set to be the year's biggest movie doesn't mean every film studio will put their upcoming movie trailers onto prints of TDKR. If that were the case than previews would be over an hour long.

    Either way it will be attached to one of them, but maybe it because the its more likely that the people that see TDKR will end up seeing Skyfall... Who knows could even be both. But i've heard rumblings that it will be attached to TDKR

    @jayaottley well if Sony Pictures is a subsidiarity company to Columbia pictures, dontcha think the trailer would be more appropriately attached to The amazing Spider-Man instead?

    @ghostman Sony are doing part of the distribution, in which Warner Bros is a Time Warner company same as Sony Pictures is a subsidiary of Columbia pictures.

    So it does work i guess when looked at from a business perspective, also Sam Mendes and Nolan are good friends.
