Six The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Photos Celebrate J.R.R. Tolkien Week!

Yesterday, director Peter Jackson announced that the second trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will arrive Wednesday, September 19, as a part of J.R.R. Tolkien Week. The filmmaker also revealed that more "special content" will be released throughout the week, which celebrates the 75th anniversary of The Hobbit's publication. Today, we have six new photos from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, featuring Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), Gandalf (Ian McKellen), Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage), Gollum (Andy Serkis), and more cast members from this Middle Earth adventure.     @mcleve02 Well, let's think about it in these terms: If Jackson is putting in at least 51% of the capital to make the movie, then he can do whatever the hell he wants and make it a quadrilogy just so he can project everything he has filmed, and at the same time, to satisfy the gluttony that is Hollywood, give them some extra gross. If it were the other way around, YES, all for the money and nothing but.
